Ideal place to stay. They assisted us with bags. Nice having an iron, a work desk and TV in the room. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition. The location was GREAT, with Dante & Gentucca nearby, where we could eat.

It's a great hotel in Lucca. Location was perfect, a couple of blocks away from old town. Beds were comfortable. The staff was hospitable with advice and suggestions...
